Project-Based
Consulting: In project-based consulting programs, Seema works
with clients to define objectives that will be achieved over a set period of
time. For example, an investment project typically includes the
development of investment strategy, comprehensive analysis of identified
targets and ultimately, negotiation of investment opportunities consistent
with the project’s objectives. Findings and recommendations are
presented in customized power point reports.
Of course, we also work on a wide variety of
other projects, such as regional strategy, distribution system
reconfiguration, and competitive environment analysis.
A senior Seema partner plays an active role in
each project to ensure we meet our clients’ needs. Seema associates are
also assigned roles.
